This affiliate agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between “bestairfryer.in” (“Company”) and the affiliate (“Affiliate”) who agrees to promote Company’s products and services.
By participating in the affiliate program, the Affiliate agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Affiliate Relationship
Affiliate and Company are independent contractors. Nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
Affiliate Responsibilities
1. Affiliate agrees to promote Company’s products and services using the unique affiliate link provided by the Company.
2. Affiliate agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting Company’s products and services.
3. Affiliate agrees not to use any deceptive or misleading practices in promoting Company’s products and services.
Commissions
1. Company agrees to pay Affiliate a commission on all sales of the Company’s products and services that are made through the Affiliate’s unique affiliate link.
2. The commission rate and payment terms will be as set forth in the affiliate agreement between Affiliate and Company.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.
Confidentiality
Affiliate agrees not to disclose any confidential information about Company or its products and services, including but not limited to customer lists, pricing information, and marketing strategies.
Limitation of Liability
Company will not be liable to Affiliate for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By signing up for the affiliate program, the Affiliate acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
